张彩丽,女,工学博士,讲师,山东临沂人。2017年毕业于中国海洋大学。
研究方向或领域:
以腐败菌群体感应为靶点的水产品保鲜理论研究;天然活性物质的抑菌机理及其在水产品保鲜贮藏中的应用;水产食品的开发和加工。
